An Evening wif Anu n Mommy dearest
I am usually happy on Friday evenings... I mean most people are as its the weekend. I decided to bring mommy dearest n Anu out for some nice dinner. Called them sometime in the afternoon to fix up the place and time. And it was decided that we go to Plaza Singapore's Lao Beijing
It started raining in the late afternoon. So mommy was feeling a little cold... she said that she badly needed coffee when I got there. So we went to TCC for coffee. Mom ordered her usual cappuchino and Anu being the contemporary chick, ordered some gingered drink and it did not taste nice at all. And I had to drink it up and finish it off.
She and her usual cam - whoring tactics. Trust me... she can never get tired of posing!!!
Like I said, I had to finish it off.. but i quite liked it... a little spicy with some kinda jelly and candied ginger!
Next off to Lao Beijing to have some good xiao long pao...mmmm my favourite I loike... Well, we had to train our mom to eat these kinda food before we head off to China. Anu's first attempt at xiao long pao. Not successful at the first time as yet... But she managed to pull through...
All gone... very fast!

Rebonding Your Hair
One day, siew pau and maggi mee had a big fight. Maggi mee beat siew pau
up until it had bruises on its pau body. Siew Pau loose in the fight and went back to tell all the paus family; kaya pau, tau SA pau, curry pau, tai pau, char siew pau and etc. So together?.. all paus went to find maggi mee for revenge.
On the way... they met Spaghetti?... so all pau ran to Spaghetti and
BEAT the hell up on Spaghetti that Spaghetti can't say a word, Spaghetti
then scream... "WHAT DID I DO? I don't even know you all"?????
Then the siew pau say??.."HEH! MAGGI MEE! Don't think I can't recognize you after you do REBONDING!"
The above did perk me up!!!! Thanx Shammie for the wonderful email.... I think the rebonding saga is simply too much to hold at the moment. Each and everyone is doing it now!!!
For some people, their hair stays healthy and for some it does not... it all depends on individual. My sis anu has done rebonding long time back and her hair is still ok, Shobana has done rebonding and her hair is ok... Nimz akka has done rebonding and her hair is ok and so what I am trying to say is, I WILL DOING IT SOON!!!

An Evening @ Lao Beijing
Xiao Long Pao.... I have been craving for this particular dim sum for a long long time.....So on Tuesday night, my bavah came to my work place to fetch me after work. We were actually supposed to visit his cousin who has just given birth to a lovely baby girl. But it seems that they have gone home from the hospital. He was down at my place at 4 in the afternoon and I only knock off at 6pm. He was simply sitting by the Singapore River and was enjoying himself.
After work at 6, I told him that I wanted to eat Xiao Long Pao. Hubby being a Traditional Indian Food Freak (TIFF) obviously did not know what it was all about. I brought him to Tung Lok Lao Beijing at Plaza Singapura. We ordered a plate of fried rice, scichuan chicken with garlic and dried chillies and a tray of xiao long pao. I think after a long time we are going out for dinner as he is busy with his work and I am busy with mine.... An evening well spent ya....
ps: bonge.... u wan to makan this?? next trip you come here, anu shall treat you and we shall feast on her money!!! she manageress you see!!!

Isolation
The world outside is calling....calling for me.
I do not answer but I keep to myself.
