Busy Busy
I am so busy.... really need a break desperately.... no time for this and no time for that... busy with work annd tution.... PSLE will be starting on the 5th of October and after that.... hehehe.... can't wait actually....
5 important things i want to do after my tution ends would be...
1. To go Newton and eat mee-goreng, ikan bakar, mutton soup... yummy
2. My 2nd wedding aniversary comming up i asked my Bavah for a set of Corelle Plates..
3. To have de whole saturday evening with my Bavah ... erm quality time
4. Go Ikea for some shopping, need to get candles and some other household stuffs
5. Pass my saree blouses for sewing and to slim down a little so that I can wear some nice sexy evening gown for my cousin DIVA's wedding dinner....
erm... actually got more things to say.... but first let me wrap up my tution....

One of the main reasons why in recent years the Singapore
Government has always ensured that their Miss Universe
representative
were of tertiary level education or higher was because of
the following incident which occurred not too many years ago.
It is the final round of the Miss Universe Pageant and

MC: I am going to give you 3 more chances; Now, name
me an animal starting with the letter "L"
Miss USA: Lion
Miss Malaysia: Leopard
Miss Singapore: LABBIT
Judge: No, no, no!
MC: Your next chance. The name of a famous car that
starts with "L"
Miss USA: Lexus
Miss Malaysia: Lamborghini
Miss Singapore: Lolls-Loyce
Judge: Oh my God!
MC: I am going to give you one last chance! Name me a
fruit starting with the letter "L"
Miss USA: Lemon
Miss Malaysia: Lychee
Miss Singapore, with full of confidence, smiles and
says: LIEWLIAN!!
This is not the end of the story, the Judge consulted the
board of judges to determine if Miss Singapore should
really be disqualified ; and they decided that since Miss
Singapore was having so many problems with the letter "L",
they decided to give her another chance.
Judge: OK, the final question is : Name me a human
anatomy starting with the letter "L"
Miss USA: Lung (applause)
Miss Malaysia: Liver (even more applause)
Miss Singapore: LAN CIAU
The Judges fainted..!!!

Roti Boy or "Loti Boy"
On my way back home two days ago two chinese ladies were happily yacking away and were going down the stairs to get to Raffles MRT Station.... as we all now after the BUBBLE TEA craze in singapore its now ROTI BOY craze.
People seem to be lining up in orderly fashion just to have a bite of the famous ROTI BOY. But what caught my attention on that day was the ladies' pronounciation of roti boy.... well, the simply said in chinese, " today u wan to buy "LOTI BOY" i repeat LOTI BOY!!!!! Further more the two ladies seem very young somewhat like in their mid twenties.... hence i was shocked though was a little amused as well. Now what is the problem with the R N L like in the Mel Gibson movie, " can i have a plate of fly lies instead of fried rice!!!!
I am not a racist.... but i strongly believe that prounciation of words should be perfect..... parents out there should be start early for your kids as i am sure you don't want your kids saying LOTI BOY and embarassing you right?

My one and only Nokia 7270
Nice to see, nice to touch, nice to use but the software SUX big time.... people who wanna get this phone, think twice.... i got mine in July and buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....... the stoopid phone keeps switching off by itself... and the alarm does not go in the morning and i keep waking up late... but i don't come to work late..... still trying my very best to be punctual!
So wake up guys?? Is nokia going down the drain?? Is sony ericsson getting better?
